ABOUT ERAD

ERAD is the leading private radiology facility dedicated to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging. We offer General X-rays, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Low-Dose CT, Mammography, and MRI. We invite suitably qualified, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Radiographers to join our team.

Location:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Namibian citizenship or eligible to work in Namibia.
• Baccalaureus Technologiae Degree: Radiography (Diagnostic).
• Registered as Radiographer at the Allied Health Professions Council of Namibia.
• Minimum of 2 years CT exposure.
• 2-3 years’ working experience as a Radiographer.
• Computer literate.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, organize effectively and operate optimally under pressure.
• Availability and willingness to perform on-call duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general x-rays and basic screening procedures.
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Produce high quality x-ray images according to prescribed protocols and safe radiation use parameters.
• Operate radiographic equipment to capture Images and processing on Infinitt PACS, as well as perform administrative responsibilities for image capturing and billing purposes.
• Perform quality control checks on equipment.
• High level of responsibility.
